Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times


All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, after payment confirmation.


During peak periods (promotions, product launches, holidays), this processing time may be slightly extended. In case of delay, a notification email will be sent to you.


Delivery Times


Products are shipped from our overseas warehouses. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

 

  • France and European Union: 7 to 14 business days

  • North America: 5 to 10 business days

  • Other international destinations: 10 to 20 business days

 


These delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to exceptional conditions (customs, carriers, peak periods, etc.).


Shipping Fees


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.


Free shipping is offered for orders exceeding a certain amount, as indicated on the payment page.


Order Tracking


Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can monitor your package in real time.


Customs and Duties


For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply according to the regulations in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Shipping Address


It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for undelivered packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address.


Lost or Undelivered Packages


If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact our customer service within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. An investigation will be initiated with the carrier.
