Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our generous return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Before returning any item, you must contact us via email at contact@nobarya.com. No item will be accepted without prior approval. The return address will be provided by email after your request is approved.
Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
WITHDRAWAL RIGHT (EU customers only)
In accordance with European legislation, customers residing in the European Union have a 14-day withdrawal period after receiving their order. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original method of payment.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For any return of an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
